Ace Rent A Car - HORRIBLE SERVICE
I RECENTLY RENTED A CAR FROM THE ORLANDO LOCATION. MY RESERVATION HAD BEEN CHANGED DUE TO THE FACT THAT I MISSED MY FLIGHT.
SO, I CALLED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATIONS AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FINE JUST SHOW MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER WHEN I ARRIVE. THE REPRESENATIVE I DEALT WITH INITIALLY WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY CREDIT CARD. SO, ONCE THAT MATTER WAS RESOLVED, I HAD TO DEAL WITH A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REP WHO WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH TALKING ON HIS CELL PHONE INSTEAD OF ASSISTING CUSTOMERS.
HE WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME MY RESERVATION HAD BEEN CLOSED. I INSISTED THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN, AND HE DECIDED TO ARGRUE AND TELL ME THERE WERE NO VEHICLES. I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET THE MANAGER INVOLVED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I ENDED UP WWITH A FILTHY VEHICLE WITH NO GAS.
WITH NO OTHER OIPTIONS, I HAD TO TAKE WHAT THEY GAVE ME.
I COMPLAINED TO CORPORATE AND ALL I RECEIVED WAS A VERY INFORMAL EMAIL, I WAS IN NO WAY COMPENSATED FOR ALL THE TROUBLE. BEWARE OF ACE, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, AND THE VEHICLES ARE NOT WORTH RENTING!
